Event Overview

The Whiskey Rebellion Dinner has become the must-attend Washington County Event. The evening includes a reception featuring passed hors d'oeuvres and a Whiskey Rebellion Punch. Peacock Keller is the Reception Sponsor.

The 2024 hors d'oeuvres:

• Bacon Jalapeno Wrapped Shrimp with a Whiskey BBQ
• Chicken Bourbon and Boursin En Croute
• Vegetable Egg Roll with a Bourbon Sweet Soy Sauce

Dinner features a one-of-a-kind whiskey-themed meal complete with a whiskey tasting and dessert.

The 2024 dinner menu:

• Mixed Greens with Strawberries, Goat Cheese, Red Onion And
• Sunflower Seeds with PRE-DRESSED Citrus Bourbon Vinaigrette
• Roasted Pork Loin and Pan Seared Chicken with an Orange
• Cranberry Borbon Glaze
• Rosemary and Wild Mushroom Rye Rice Pilaf
• Grilled Asparagus
• Chocolate Bourbon and Cherry Bread Pudding with Bourbon Vanilla Angalise
• Assorted Rolls with Butter

Freshly Brewed Coffee, Decaf & Hot Tea

By now, you should notice a theme — whiskey!

Each year we include a special history aspect — in 2022, a whiskey rag was performed; 2023 will be a performance by Wayward Companions (a historical music group).

Additionally, the silent auction represents local treasures and whiskey.
